The Cafe at St. Peter in St. Charles

St. Peter parishioners, join us after the 10 am Mass to learn more about how the Institute is bringing Theology of the Body to your parish.  We are seeking leaders at the parish to help spread the wisdom of St. John Paul the Great for years to come.  Coffee and muffins are provided.  Children are welcome. Grow personally in JPII’s amazing teaching or join the parish team to spread the good news.  Home hosts, leaders and witness couples are all needed for this growing team.

Attendees will learn how to help spread Theology of the Body at St. Joseph parish for years to come. Become trained in offering TOB Retreats in your homes for family, friends, prayer groups, Bible studies, fellow parishioners. Team up to make it easy.  Become a home host, witness couple, retreat leader or behind-the-scenes supporter.  Also, discover evangelical tips for bringing the Good News into everyday life and around the parish. Corpus Christi Center at St. Joseph in Imperial

Six presentations by Image of God Institute Staff and speakers offer deeper perspectives into St. John Paul the Great’s treasure trove of teachings, especially Theology of the Body (TOB). Each unique session answer questions for those who have never heard of TOB before, and offer fresh insights to those who already know TOB.  See with new eyes – the Gospel, prayer, romance, gender and more. No RSVP needed.

Great literature helps us better understand ourselves as well as humanity and teaches us to focus – a necessity for meditative prayer – all through an amazing story! Parish leaders will experience rich content plus discussion and witnesses (married couples, one consecrated celibate) in a home environment.  Prepare to be challenged, encouraged and more deeply rooted in Christ.  Meet a few of the witnesses.

Join us for the Inaugural Benefit Dinner of the Institute to help support Theology of the Body and much more, especially for young people!  What does it means to be male, female, and even human?  Our Theology of the Body Intensive Weekends, Study Groups and Conferences provide roots of deep formation so the winds of the culture do not sway our youth. Help us expand our mission and jump from a few events each year to 6 weekends, 2 – 3 conferences and numerous study groups, even across the country (like the one beginning for college students in Santa Paula, CA!).  Leah Darrow, a former contestant on America’s Next Top Model, now Catholic mom, author and dynamic speaker will be the keynote.  Bring your friends, family, as well as your teen or young adult children for a night to remember!  Sponsorships available.
