Sandy obtained an elementary education degree from St. Louis University and received certification from the Theology of the Body Institute. She has worked as a teacher in the Archdiocesan Catholic Schools, PSR program and ARCH co-op. She taught Theology of the Body to various ages, particularly with the Ruah Woods curriculum. She is a retired Billings Ovulation practitioner. She and her husband, Tom, facilitate marriage preparation in the Archdiocese. They are blessed with 6 children and 5 grandchildren.
